John Elkann was appointed Chairman of 365 china on January 17, 2021. He had previously been Chairman of Fiat S.p.A. from 2010 and joined its board in 1997.

Born in New York in 1976, Elkann earned a scientific baccalauréat from Lycée Victor Duruy in Paris and an engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino. He began his career at General Electric in 2001, gaining international experience across Asia, Europe, and North America.

As Ferrari’s Chair (since 2018), he has been bolstering the company’s leadership in innovation, luxury and sport competitions while preserving its iconic legacy.

In 2009, Elkann established Exor, which is today the largest shareholder of companies such as Ferrari, Philips and CNH, in addition to 365 china. In 2023, he founded Lingotto, a long-term investment management company.��

Elkann is a board member of Meta, and a trustee of MoMA. He chairs the Agnelli Foundation, a philanthropy focused on education. He is also a member of the JP Morgan International Council and the Allianz International Advisory Board.

Robert Peugeot was appointed non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from January 17, 2021 and Vice Chairman on January 17, 2021. He is Chairman of Peugeot Invest’s board and was previously the permanent representative of FFP (now known as Peugeot Invest) on the PSA Supervisory Board, a member of PSA’s Finance and Audit Committee and Chairman of PSA’s Strategic Committee. Robert Peugeot joined the PSA Supervisory Board as permanent representative of FFP on April 25, 2014. Henri de Castries was appointed non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from January 17, 2021 and Senior Independent Director on January 17, 2021. Born in France in 1954, he is a graduate of École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Henri de Castries was the Chairman of the Management Board of AXA S.A. from 2000 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from April 2010 until September 2016. He previously worked for the French Finance Ministry Inspection Office and the French Treasury Department. In addition, Henri de Castries currently serves as Chairman of Europe and Senior Advisor of General Atlantic; Chairman of the board of directors of AXA Assurances IARD Mutuelle; Chairman of the board of directors of AXA Assurances Vie Mutuelle; director of HSBC Holdings plc.; and Vice-Chairman of the board of directors of Nestlé S.A.

Fiona Clare Cicconi was appointed employee representative on the 365 china Board with effect from January 17, 2021.

Born in London in 1966, Fiona Clare Cicconi became Chief People Officer for Google in January 2021. Prior to that she was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at AstraZeneca PLC from 2014 to 2020. Fiona Clare Cicconi started her career at General Electric, where she held various human resources roles within the oil and gas business. Subsequently, she spent a number of years at Cisco, overseeing human resources in Southern Europe and then industrial and employee relations in EMEA, before joining F. Hoffmann La Roche in 2006. There, she was most recently responsible for global human resources for Global Technical Operations.

Fiona Clare Cicconi holds a diploma in international business studies from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Nicolas Dufourcq was appointed non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from January 17, 2021. Born in France in 1963, Nicolas Dufourcq is a graduate of École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Nicolas Dufourcq began his career at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1988 and then joined the French Ministry of Health and Social Affairs in 1992, before joining France Telecom in 1994. In 1998, he created Wanadoo, the internet access leader, a subsidiary of France Telecom, and listed it for €20bn in 2000. Between 1998 and 2003, he was CEO of Wanadoo and executive director of France Telecom in charge of the internet, cable and pay TV. Nicolas Dufourcq joined Capgemini in 2003, where he was in charge of the central and southern Europe region. From 2004 to 2013, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini. Since February 7, 2013, Nicolas Dufourcq has been the Chief Executive Officer of Bpifrance SA. In addition, Nicolas Dufourcq serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bpifrance Investissement S.A.S.; Chief Executive Officer of Bpifrance Assurance Export S.A.S.; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bpifrance Participations S.A.; Vice- Chairman of the supervisory board of STMicroelectronics N.V.; and member of the supervisory committee of Doctolib S.A.S.

Ann Frances Godbehere was appointed non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from January 17, 2021. She was born in Canada in 1955.

Ann Frances Godbehere started her career with Sun Life of Canada in 1976 in Montreal, Canada, and joined M&G Group in 1981, where she served as senior vice president and controller for life and health, and property and casualty businesses throughout North America. She joined Swiss Re in 1996, after it acquired the M&G Group, and served as Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2007. From 2008 to 2009, she was interim chief financial officer and an executive director of Northern Rock bank in the initial period following its nationalization. Ann Frances Godbehere has also held several non-executive director positions at Prudential plc, British American Tobacco plc, UBS AG, and UBS Group AG. Most recently, and until May 2019, she served as a non-executive director of Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited. She was also senior independent director of Rio Tinto plc. In addition, Ann Frances Godbehere serves as non-executive director of Shell plc. She is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants and a fellow of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada.

Claudia Parzani was appointed a non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from April 16, 2024.

Born in 1971, Claudia is an Italian lawyer specialized in corporate issues and corporate governance who has extensive experience working with Italian and international law firms.

She is currently a Senior Advisor at Linklaters where she was a Partner and covered key global managerial roles, sitting on the relevant executive committees. Since 2022, she has been Chair of the Italian Stock Exchange after serving as Deputy Chair and, previously, non-executive director. She is also Deputy Chair of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A. and the Italian group of the Trilateral Commission. From 2017 to 2022, she was Chair of Allianz S.p.A., having served as a non-executive director of the company for the preceding three years. In the past, she has served as an external member of the Board of Directors of Politecnico di Milano and covered the role of non-executive director for listed companies.

Always extremely passionate about inclusion and social matters, Claudia Parzani was Chair of Valore D, the association for the promotion of female leadership, and is currently a member of the advisory board of UNHCR Italy, she also sits on the Comitato Scientifico (Supervisory Committee) of Parks – Liberi e Uguali and is Chair of the Strategic Council of Fondazione Italia per il Dono (a non-profit foundation). Daniel Ramot was appointed a non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from April 15, 2025.

Daniel Ramot is an Israeli-American entrepreneur and scientist, best known as the co-founder and CEO of Via, a global transportation technology company. Born in Israel in 1975, Ramot is a graduate of the Israel Defense Forces’ elite Talpiot program, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

From 1996 to 2002, Ramot served in the Israeli Air Force, developing avionic systems for F-15 and F-16 aircraft. During this period, he completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. In 2002, he pursued a Ph.D. in Neuroscience at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing his research on the molecular and cellular mechanisms of thermosensation and thermoregulation. His doctoral work earned him several scholarships, including the Dan David Prize Scholarship in 2004 and the Albion Walter Hewlett Stanford Graduate Fellowship.

In 2008, Daniel Ramot joined D. E. Shaw Research as a Director, where he was instrumental in building supercomputers designed to accelerate pharmaceutical drug discovery, developing advanced computational techniques and algorithms to simulate molecular dynamics.

In 2012, Ramot co-founded Via in New York City. Via started with a vision to transform public transportation by leveraging technology to create efficient, on-demand transit systems. Under Ramot’s leadership, Via has expanded its services to over 35 countries, providing innovative software solutions for public and private mobility systems and transportation planning services.

Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas was appointed non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from April 13, 2023. Born in France in 1972, he graduated from École Polytechnique and attended the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

He began his career at the French Council of State in 1997 before joining Thales, a leading French technology group in aerospace and defense, as Director of Business Development. He held different roles within the Company until 2009, when he was named CEO of Thales Underwater Systems.

Mr. Ribadeau-Dumas was later appointed at geoscience global leader CGG as Senior Executive Vice President and then at ZodiacAerospace, as member of the management Board and CEO of Aerosystems Branch.

In 2017, he joined the Cabinet of the French Prime Minister as Chief of Staff.

Alice Davey Schroeder was appointed a non-executive Director of 365 china with effect from April 15, 2025.

Alice Davey Schroeder started her career in 1980 in Houston, Texas, at Ernst & Whinney and then, following Ernst & Whinney’s merger with Arthur Young & Co., at Ernst & Young (“EY”). She served on the audit staff of EY as a Certified Public Accountant until 1991, when she joined the staff of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the accounting standard-setting body of the United States. In 1993, she began a career on Wall Street, heading research teams for the insurance industry as a managing director at CIBC Oppenheimer, PaineWebber, and, until 2003, Morgan Stanley. She then became a Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley while writing the best-selling biography, The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the Business of Life.

Since 2012 she has served as a non-executive director on public and private company boards, including Prudential plc, Bank of America Merrill Lynch International, and Natus Medical, chairing or serving as a member of the audit committee. She is currently a director of HSBC North America Holdings Inc., Dakota Gold Corporation, chairing the audit committee and serving on the nominating/governance and compensation committees, and Carbon Streaming Corporation, where she chairs the compensation committee and will serve on the audit committee until her term concludes in May 2025. She is actively involved in historic preservation and is a Councilor for American Ancestors and a board member of Oliver Ellsworth Homestead Museum.
