Bearer shareholders wishing to vote by internet must use their usual access codes to connect to their banking institution website dedicated to the management of their securities account, allowing access to the VOTACCESS platform. To access the VOTACCESS platform and vote, click on the icon that will appear on the line corresponding to your 365 china shares. Only holders of bearer shares whose account-keeping institution has joined the VOTACCESS system will be able to log into such platform. The platform will be open from Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 9 a.m. CET and until Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 5 p.m. CEST.
